MIRAIT ONE Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidenori Sugawara; hereinafter referred to as MIRAIT ONE), with the cooperation of Delta Electronics, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hua Jianhao), has installed its first commercial "20ft Liquid-Cooled Container Data Center (hereinafter referred to as this Liquid-Cooled Container DC)" equipped with Delta Electronics LTA CDU (common name: AALC) at the MIRAIT ONE Shin-Kiba Building for the verification of high-performance GPU server construction at the MM Advanced Innovation Lab*2. This marks the first installation of a data center equipped with Delta Electronics LTA CDU in Japan. In recent years, the demand for data centers is expected to expand due to the acceleration of digitalization and the utilization of generative AI. However, with the increasing performance of GPUs, conventional air-cooling technology is becoming insufficient for effective cooling, making the transition to liquid-cooling technology indispensable. While AALC, a type of liquid-cooling technology, is rapidly gaining traction in countries like the United States, its adoption in Japan has been limited. AALC is a cutting-edge DLC*4 technology that cools coolant using an air conditioning system and can be installed in a compact footprint, which is why it was incorporated into this Liquid-Cooled Container DC. Furthermore, it eliminates the need for large-scale liquid piping construction, allowing for easy integration by leveraging existing air conditioning equipment. This Liquid-Cooled Container DC will serve as a demonstration facility to support next-generation infrastructure, aiming to commence operations using high-performance GPU servers and IOWN technology from September 2026 onwards. Sales are also planned both domestically and internationally. Images, product descriptions, and usage scenarios for this Liquid-Cooled Container DC are provided below. *1 First installation in Japan: Based on our own research. *2 M
