During this period, in addition to three types of summer-limited cocktails that leverage the unique characteristics of "Ki No Bi," crafted by "Kyoto Distillery," Japan's first gin specialty distillery, we will also offer three types of chocolate sweets created by Shigeru Nojima, the hotel's Executive Pastry Chef, inspired by the world of Ki No Bi. A Summer-Limited Pairing Experience Weaving Together Kyoto's Craft Gin and Hotel-Made Sweets "Ki No Bi Room" is a currently ongoing pop-up bar where you can experience the world of "Ki No Bi House," Kyoto's brand home, in Tokyo. As the second installment of our seasonal menu, which changes every two months, we will be offering three types of cocktails in July and August that incorporate ingredients evoking summer, such as red shiso, ginger, and wasabi. This time, Shigeru has created special chocolate sweets to match each cocktail. These luxurious sweets are crafted with a skillful combination of fruits, nuts, and sablés, offering not only delightful flavors but also textural variations. Cocktail: "She thought she saw paradise" Using "Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin," this cocktail is a variation of the classic "Paradise," blended with apricot and orange, and red shiso.
