Many companies face challenges when technical new hires (e.g., in CAD or programming) transition to the field after training, often lacking basic skills. This causes on-the-job training (OJT) to become remedial work, burdening senior staff. This webinar discusses using skill check tests to visualize training outcomes and bridge the gap between training and field expectations. By identifying individual weaknesses through third-party assessments, companies can reduce the burden on field instructors, customize further training, and improve future training programs.
