Liquor Mountain Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kyoto), which operates a chain of 205 liquor specialty stores nationwide, will hold the "Pulteney Distillery Brand Seminar" at "WHISKY LAB.KYOTO GION" in Kyoto's Gion on July 22, 2026 (Wed.) from 6:00 PM. This year marks the 200th anniversary of the distillery's founding in 1826. At this seminar, Mr. Timothy Belanger from International Beverage will explain the history and products of Pulteney Distillery, including a tasting session. ■About Pulteney Distillery Founded in 1826, Pulteney Distillery is one of the oldest distilleries. It is located in Wick, a fishing port town on the North Sea coast in the northern part of mainland Scotland, and is cherished as the home of "The Maritime Malt."
