Lifenet Insurance Company (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Junpei Yokosawa) has compiled the results of the shareholder survey conducted at the 20th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and hereby announces these results. Overview of the 20th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders The Company positions the General Meeting of Shareholders as a valuable opportunity for dialogue with stakeholders such as shareholders, and operates it under the theme of a "Visible General Meeting of Shareholders" based on its IR Manifesto. This Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held at our head office for the second consecutive year, with the aim of allowing shareholders to experience an open and flat office environment where they can see the people behind the company. Furthermore, to facilitate dialogue with a larger number of shareholders regardless of their place of residence, we provided a live streaming of the General Meeting of Shareholders, enabling online viewing from their homes or other locations. On the day, with 21 shareholders in attendance, the General Meeting of Shareholders lasted for 1 hour and 20 minutes, including a Q&A session (6 attendees in person asked 12 questions, and 1 online attendee asked 1 question).
