Each Shining Smile Becomes a Force for Support: What is the "Rainbow Photo Project"? The "Rainbow Photo Project" is our unique initiative that has been ongoing since 2016. For each customer who cooperates with a photo session at our booth, we contribute 100 yen to a fund that is then donated to support activities promoting understanding of LGBTQ+. This event saw a great deal of support from many people, and we were able to take many photos filled with smiles against backdrops such as rainbow flags. How the Funds Raised Will Be Used With the participation of 1,749 people, we were able to accumulate a total of 174,900 yen. The funds raised through your warm cooperation will be used for various initiatives to foster diversity, including promoting understanding of LGBTQ+. Lifenet Insurance will continue to move forward with all of you towards the realization of a society where everyone can live authentically. ■ Lifenet Insurance's Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives Lifenet Insurance upholds the "Lifenet Insurance Manifesto" as its code of conduct for officers and employees.
