The event name “Umaka Ichiba” comes from the initials of the main ingredients: uni, tuna, and oysters. It reflects the idea of enjoying the boldness of hamayaki and the liveliness of a bustling market. The key feature is the interactive style: “choose like in a market, grill right there.” Customers choose items at the entrance, pay at the register, then enjoy self-service hamayaki at their tables, making seafood BBQ easy and casual. The venue is designed with large catch flags and banners to recreate the atmosphere of a busy fishing market, delivering a vivid waterfront food experience.
