With this integration, Vertice has begun offering electronic contract functions through API connectivity for its automotive industry systems “ext eme” and “Car Channel Prime.” The background to the API integration is the barrier system vendors face when implementing electronic contract functions. In-house development requires significant cost and time, while integration with conventional external services often creates three issues: high costs, reduced usability, and additional user effort such as separate contracts. Through this integration, dealerships using Vertice’s “ext eme” and “Car Channel Prime” can request electronic signatures from customers with one click from their usual system screen, without using a separate service or signing an additional contract. Vertice selected “ONE Digi API” for three main reasons: its patented technology enables low pricing while preserving profitability; it operates with a sense of unity as part of the vendor’s own system and supports SMS notifications; and dealerships do not need any individual contracts or additional registration. A representative from Vertice said the biggest deciding factor was that automotive dealerships no longer need to sign individual contracts with Le-Techs. The system is stable, costs are as expected, and customers have responded positively, so Vertice plans to expand it to more dealerships.
