Yakiniku Kojima, a long-established restaurant founded 48 years ago, announced the launch of an "All-You-Can-Eat Fresh Beef Tongue Course" at its main branch starting May 1, 2026. Unlike typical frozen tongue, this course strictly uses unfrozen, fresh beef tongue in three styles: thick-cut, premium, and with salted green onions. Priced at 5,980 yen (excluding tax) per person, the course also includes an unlimited supply of carefully selected meats, fresh kimchi, and their famous freshly cooked silver rice.
