The AI Training Assistant is a feature that supports the creation of training curricula tailored to each company's development challenges and target audience. By simply inputting job type, development theme, target audience, and challenges, the AI proposes training curricula (training plans) by combining over 1,300 training courses within AirCourse, and supports the creation of training design documents and the setup of training programs in AirCourse. This will reduce the burden on human resource development personnel and managers who previously spent a lot of time on training planning and material selection, enabling them to efficiently proceed from training planning to implementation preparation.
