Kikkake Creation Inc., which provides the IT engineer career-change support service Kikkake Agent under the mission “Shape a better future now,” will collaborate with OpenWork Inc., operator of one of Japan’s largest employee review platforms, to hold the recruiting and HR networking event “OpenWork HR Connect 2026” in Shibuya on Friday, June 12. The event is designed as a casual gathering where recruiting and HR professionals can discuss the realities of their work. Participants can freely talk about practical questions they encounter in the field, gain actionable insights, and build new networks with peers who share similar goals. Key highlights include the return of a popular event that recently drew more than 100 registrations, now being held in Shibuya. Because the event is co-hosted by OpenWork, which visualizes the reality of organizations, and Kikkake Creation, which specializes in IT career support, participants can also consult on real recruiting challenges and concerns they currently face. Most attendees participate individually, making the event accessible even for first-time participants. Around 70 to 80 percent of past attendees joined alone, and staff will provide support on the day to create an easy-to-talk atmosphere. Free light meals and drinks will be provided, allowing participants to network openly in a relaxed setting. The event is recommended for people who want to solve recruiting or organizational issues, learn about real initiatives and improvement examples from other companies, refine recruiting methods or employee engagement strategies, or meet recruiting and HR peers they can speak with casually. The seminar will take place on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with entry and exit allowed during the event. The venue is WeWork Shibuya Scramble Square, located at 2-24-12 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, directly connected to Shibuya Station. Eligible participants include corporate recruiting staff, recruiting managers, and HR p
