Keiai Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture; President and CEO: Keiji Hanawa; hereinafter "the Company") has signed a Kids Partner agreement with the Japan Deaf Football Association (Activity Base: Bunkyo City, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koji Takahashi; hereinafter "JDFA"). Through this sponsorship, we will support the activities of deaf football and deaf futsal, as well as enhance the development environment for next-generation athletes, contributing to the realization of an inclusive society where everyone can challenge themselves in their own way. Background and Social Significance of Sponsorship The Company group operates under the management philosophy of "Yutaka, Raku, Kai (Abundant, Fun, Comfortable) Creation Company aiming for the creation of an abundant, fun, and comfortable life." As part of this, in April 2019, we launched the "Keiai Challenged Athlete Team," which currently has 4 deaf athletes and a coach. The team includes coaches and players from deaf football and futsal teams, and we have actively organized experience sessions and lectures in cooperation with educational institutions to raise awareness of parasports. The Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics, held in November 2025, provided inspiration to many and served as a significant opportunity to deepen understanding of deaf sports and disabilities. Now that the Games have concluded, the Company believes it is an important corporate social responsibility to maintain the environment for athletes who continue to challenge themselves to reach new heights despite their disabilities, and thus decided to sponsor JDFA. Future Outlook As a Kids Partner of JDFA, the Company will provide ongoing support. We will also promote sustainable initiatives to create a society where diverse individuals can thrive by leveraging their respective strengths. While valuing connections with the community, we will fulfill our corporate social responsibility and continue to contribute to the realization
