Keikyu Department Store Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kōnan Ward, Yokohama; President: Ryosuke Shimada; hereinafter referred to as Keikyu Department Store), a member of the Keikyu Group, will hold the "Summer Vacation SDGs Fair" for four days from Friday, July 31 to Monday, August 3, 2026, on the 7th floor event space. This event is part of the Keikyu Group's ESG management and is held in collaboration with local government, schools, and business partners. This is the fifth "Summer Vacation SDGs Fair." This year's event will feature a mini PR booth for the GREEN×EXPO 2027 (2027 International Horticultural Exhibition), scheduled to be held in March next year, hosted by the Kōnan Ward Office. Additionally, as part of the "Learn with Your Family! SDGs Corner," workshops will be held by a total of 10 organizations, including the Yokohama Waterworks Bureau and the Kanagawa Trust Midori Foundation. On Sunday, August 2, as part of the 30th anniversary celebration of Keikyu Department Store and Wing Kami-Ōoka, a flower workshop "Let's Make a Blooming Letter" will be held by the florist unit dodotokyo, whose atelier is located in Keihinjima, Ōta Ward. The message cards and corsages made with preserved flowers in this workshop will be used as part of a large art installation planned for exhibition in the fall to commemorate the store's 30th anniversary. Furthermore, there will be a "Kids Department Store Expedition" where elementary school children can explore the behind-the-scenes of Keikyu Department Store, an event to take photos on a police motorcycle with the Kōnan Police Station, and a dance stage performance by children from local dance schools, making it a four-day event for the whole family to enjoy.
