Ramen restaurant "Dotonbori Kamukura," operated by Risou Jitsugyo Co., Ltd., is bringing back its most popular summer menu item from the past three years. As the second installment of Kamukura's 40th-anniversary project, the "Sappari Gyu Toro Tama Ramen" will be available for a limited time from May 21 to June 30, 2026. This refreshing dish features a cold soy sauce-based soup topped with sweet and spicy beef shigureni, grated yam, and an egg yolk. Customers can also upgrade to 1.5 portions of noodles at no extra cost.
