From Yokohama Chinatown, a town rich in food culture, we aim to deliver nights where exquisite drinks nurtured by sake breweries and wineries from Japan and abroad resonate with the cuisine of Rose Hotel Yokohama and Chugoku Hanten. This event, built on that aspiration, has been supported by many customers and will celebrate its 7th year. The first day features "Kokuryu," a renowned sake born from the pure water and refined techniques of the Echizen region. The second day will be accompanied by the elegant aroma of "La Clarte de Haut-Brion," born from the sensibility of Prince Robert of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. On the final day, "Champagne Frerejean Frères," with its delicate bubbles and noble aftertaste, will brilliantly color the finale of the Gourmet Summit.
