JR Tokai Food Service announced a menu renewal for the weekday dinner service at 'Tori Gotetsu', located on the 13th floor of JR Central Towers, starting May 14, 2026. The updated menu features an expanded selection of Nagoya Cochin chicken dishes, including the new signature 'Gotetsu Yaki'—a single skewer combining four different parts of the chicken. Additionally, side dishes perfectly paired with sake and Japanese whisky have been introduced.
