The shop name is inspired by "Fukiage-so," the family inn washed away by the tsunami during the Great East Japan Earthquake. They will offer about 9 types of popular baked goods, including their specialty "Financier," which sells 50,000 units annually, prepared fresh at the venue. *Both center and right are live-prepared.
