Jimoty Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "our company"), operator of the local information platform "Jimoty" (hereinafter "Jimoty"), has signed a reuse agreement with the Tottori Prefecture Western Regional Administrative Association (hereinafter "Western Regional Administrative Association") to promote reuse initiatives aimed at reducing waste. Currently, our company has signed reuse agreements with 304 municipalities nationwide, working toward building a sustainable society through reuse promotion and waste reduction. ■ Purpose of the Agreement The Western Regional Administrative Association has previously promoted waste reduction and effective resource utilization through its recycling centers. However, many items brought in as waste are still usable or could be valuable to someone else. To address this, our company has partnered with the Association to provide residents with an easy way to start reusing items before discarding them. Through this collaboration, we will jointly work to prevent waste generation and foster a culture of reuse (reutilization). ■ Activities (as of June 29, 2026) Through the Western Regional Administrative Association's website and municipal public relations channels, we will introduce the option of passing on still-usable items to others within the community. We aim to make reuse more accessible and will work together with local residents to promote waste prevention and establish reuse as a common practice. *Note: The details of these awareness activities may change in the future. ■ Promoting Reuse Through Municipal Collaboration As of June 29, 2026, we have signed agreements or memorandums with 304 municipalities to promote reuse education and reuse initiatives.
