Our group (hereinafter referred to as "Jelly Beans", President: Akira Miyazaki) resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held today to conclude a "Specific Sales Basic Agreement" to acquire the exclusive right to sell the men's apparel brand "GENTii", developed by Auren Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Representative Director: Kenichiro Moriai, hereinafter referred to as "Auren"), which has obtained the official license for Sanrio Characters, within Japan. The agreement was concluded on the same date. 1. Purpose of the Agreement Jelly Beans, with the mission of bringing out everyone's true selves through fashion, has been building an integrated marketing and distribution infrastructure encompassing EC, SNS, and physical stores, with the apparel business at its core. Its key feature is the fusion of powerful character content from Sanrio Characters, including "Hello Kitty," a globally recognized IP from Japan, with a fashionable design, having obtained the official license. We believe it is a brand that can attract fashion-conscious demographics and inbound demand. We have determined that by combining Jelly Beans' integrated marketing functions, such as EC construction and operation, SNS management, pop-up store deployment, and wholesale network, with the brand value of "GENTii," we can achieve early launch and business expansion of the brand in the domestic market, leading to the conclusion of this agreement. 2.
