July 1, 2026 -- Brunswick Group (hereinafter, "the Company"), which provides strategic advice on multi-stakeholder engagement in critical situations to corporate management, today announced that Takashi Nawa, Visiting Professor at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, has been appointed Senior Advisor, effective July 1, 2026. For over 30 years, Mr. Nawa has advised the management and boards of directors of Japanese and global companies on management strategy, corporate transformation, corporate governance, and long-term value creation. Prior to assuming his current position in 2010, he had over 25 years of experience as a management consultant, serving as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, Japan, and later as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group, Japan. The environment surrounding Japanese companies is undergoing unprecedented transformation. The rapid and full-scale globalization of corporate activities, strengthening of corporate governance and progress in capital market reforms, coupled with increasing geopolitical risks and rapid technological advancements including AI, have made the premises of corporate management even more complex.
