The fair features a wide range of melon sweets, including parfaits, crepes, and pies. The main highlights are the new “Melon and Mango Parfait,” available at five selected locations, and the Hibiya Chanter-exclusive “Premium Melon Parfait,” featuring Ibaraking melon from Ibaraki Prefecture. The new “Melon and Mango Parfait” combines juicy, refreshing melon with meltingly sweet mango and house-made mango mousse, adding a bright and elegant accent. The “Premium Melon Parfait” layers generous amounts of Ibaraking melon flesh and juice for a rich, juicy melon experience in every bite. Other early-summer limited items include “KIHACHI Double Melon Pie,” made with crispy pie pastry, and “Melon Crepe with Vanilla Ice Cream,” featuring KIHACHI’s house-made crepe. The café also recommends its “Seasonal Afternoon Tea Set,” which lets guests enjoy multiple KIHACHI melon sweets at once, including a mini melon and mango parfait, melon pudding à la mode, and cheesecake with melon.
