ISFnet (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo) held a lecture for students in the Department of Business Administration at Daito Bunka University on April 23, 2026 (Thursday). The session was held under the theme, “What we want to tell young people who are entering society,” and ISFnet CEO 渡邉幸義 spoke about key points in choosing a company and the kind of talent that remains valued even as times change. About 300 students attended. They shared positive reactions to ISFnet’s initiatives and raised active questions, including how to prepare before founding a business and the challenges faced when promoting diversity management.
