In this context, Okinawa Prefecture has a rental housing vacancy rate of approximately 9%, which is lower than the national average (around 15%). Survey results*3 also indicate a shortage of properties, particularly in the 2K-2LDK and 3K-3LDK range for families, in certain areas. To address these needs, Panasonic Homes will newly offer "YOUR MAISON NEXT," a detached and stacked rental housing product that has been developed in sales areas outside of Okinawa Prefecture, with specifications improved to suit Okinawa's climate. This product ensures a higher degree of privacy compared to apartments and condominiums, and its structure is designed to minimize noise impact on neighbors. Through this, the company aims to provide a more secure and comfortable living environment, especially for families with children.
