Hochi Shimbunsha (CEO: Tsuyoshi Hasegawa), publisher of Sports Hochi, has conducted a long interview with actress Hiroko Sakurai, who appeared in "Ultra Q" and "Ultraman," ahead of the release of the Ultraman Series 60th anniversary documentary film "THE ORIGIN OF ULTRAMAN" (to be released on July 3). The interview series has started on the Sports Hochi news site and will run for a total of 10 installments. Sports Hochi, which has published numerous special issues related to tokusatsu, such as "Ultraman 45th Anniversary Special Issue" (2011) and "Ultra Seven 45th Anniversary Special Issue" (12), will delve into anecdotes from the filming days and explore why the series continues to receive strong support from fans even after more than half a century has passed.
