The All Japan Real Estate Association Fukuoka Chapter (Fukuoka City) has introduced AR (Augmented Reality) technology to a tri-fold postcard for the purpose of plasticizing the Real Estate Transaction Agent license card and providing information on renewal seminars, utilizing the browser AR service "ONCARD" provided by HK STYLE Inc. (Fukuoka City). Shipping to eligible individuals will begin in late June 2026. This initiative is the first of its kind in Japan for a real estate industry organization to use AR for seminar information postcards. Moving from a conventional "notice to read" to an "experienceable notice." This was planned not only to ensure that more people see the renewal seminar information but also as a new form of information dissemination that can be enjoyed not only by the real estate transaction agent themselves but also by their families and children. Through this initiative, which starts with the Fukuoka Chapter, we aim for association operations that are more approachable and more effectively communicated. ■ Background of Implementation The Real Estate Transaction Agent license is valid for five years, requiring notification to eligible individuals and dissemination of information on renewal seminars via mail. However, notices sent by mail are often discarded without being fully read. Therefore, the All Japan Real Estate Association Fukuoka Chapter decided to: - Ensure the notice is read thoroughly - Drive applications for renewal seminars - Encourage recipients to keep the postcard - Be known as an association undertaking new initiatives - Provide enjoyment not only to members but also to their families With these goals in mind, we have embarked on information dissemination using AR. ■ Features of AR Content AR has been implemented on two sides of this tri-fold postcard. ● Seminar Information Side Illustrations created in collaboration with "Yamada Zen Jido," a popular creator from Fukuoka Prefecture, are utilized.
