Hankyu Hanshin Real Estate Co., Ltd. has announced plans to establish the 'Hankyu Hanshin Prime Property Fund,' an open-ended private real estate fund. Leveraging the group's 120-year history and real estate expertise, the fund aims for stable long-term returns. The portfolio will focus on office buildings, commercial facilities, and hotels in the Osaka Umeda area, Hankyu Hanshin railway lines, and the Tokyo metropolitan area. The fund targets an asset size of over 200 billion yen by fiscal year 2030, with operations scheduled to begin in the second half of fiscal year 2026.
