The "Craftsmanship Ice Area," overflowing with the individuality and passion of its creators, will feature six brands, including first-time participants! Enjoy a "shaved ice float" collaboration between Osaka's ice cream specialty shop "Julian Ice Cream" and Nara's popular shaved ice shop "Hosekibako," or try flavors from Yokohama's "Kiki Natural Ice Cream" that utilize ingredients that would otherwise go to waste, such as imperfect or irregular fruits. From the "Customize Ice Area," a new "Yukimi Daifuku" creation, "Yukimi Daifuku CANDY," offers a delightful crispy and chewy texture. Chef Shibata from "Prism Lab" in Tokushima will also present a combination of his specialty, which won first place in a world-leading competition, for the first time!
