A Special Project to Experience the Spirit of Tea Ceremony with Japanese Assiette Desserts and Tea Pairings "Oryori Mukyu," a Japanese kappo restaurant located in Roppongi Hills, will hold a collaborative event with table tea ceremony master Naoko Tomita titled "Oryori Mukyu's Japanese Culture Salon: Enjoying Tea Ceremony and Japanese Assiette Desserts" for two days only, on July 16, 2026 (Thu) and July 20, 2026 (Mon, holiday). This event is a special project in collaboration with Naoko Tomita, who, as the representative of Matcha Communication® Table Tea Ceremony SUI, teaches table tea ceremony both domestically and internationally. It aims to allow participants to lightly enjoy the spirit of "hospitality" cultivated by the tea ceremony and the sensibility of appreciating the seasons, all through a modern lens. At "Oryori Mukyu," we will deliver a once-in-a-lifetime cultural experience savored with all five senses, through Japanese assiette desserts and Japanese tea pairings. Oryori Mukyu's Promotion of Japanese Culture by Combining Japanese Cuisine and Traditional Culture With the slogan "Turning Dreams into Reality! Bringing Japanese Cuisine to the World!", our company is engaged in promoting Japanese culinary culture both domestically and internationally. At "Oryori Mukyu," we emphasize delivering Japanese cuisine not merely as food, but as an "experience of Japanese culture" that encompasses the sensibility of appreciating the seasons, the artistry of ceramics and arrangements, the etiquette, and the spirit of hospitality. As part of these efforts, Mukyu continuously develops experiential projects that combine Japanese cuisine with Japan's traditional culture. In our previous event, themed "Kimono x Japanese Cuisine," we proposed an enjoyable time through attire and food by combining kimono and yukata rentals and dressing experiences with dining at Mukyu. This time, the theme is "Tea Ceremony x Japanese Assiette Desserts x Tea Pairing." Following kimonos, we fo
