Customer Challenges AlbaLink Inc. is a real estate company that buys and sells properties such as vacant homes. While the company had been using Salesforce to manage its sales activities, payment and billing operations were handled by a separate system, posing a challenge for operational efficiency. Real estate transactions involve multiple payments and invoices not only for the sale price but also for property taxes, fees to judicial scriveners, and various other expenses per transaction. Furthermore, the settlement process becomes extremely complex due to fund transfers and offsetting transactions with multiple parties. In this project, we addressed these challenges by integrating these complex settlement operations into Salesforce, thereby establishing a seamless workflow from sales to accounting. Solution Details Approval Workflow Construction We built a phased approval workflow for multiple payments and invoices arising from a single transaction, from field managers to the accounting department. This has enhanced the transparency and control of settlement operations. Offsetting Settlement Functionality We implemented a function that allows for offsetting settlements when payments and invoices occur simultaneously with the same party. This improves fund efficiency and simplifies administrative processes. Zengin Data Output Function We implemented a function to automatically output Zengin data from payment information, enabling direct payments via online banking. This reduces manual data entry errors and streamlines payment operations. API Integration with Bank and Branch Master Data We integrated with the bank and branch master data provided by Agrex Inc. to build a system where bank and branch codes are automatically entered with accurate and up-to-date information.
