Fractal Workout Inc. has launched a “Preventive Mental Health Support Program” for corporations, health insurance societies, public health nurses, occupational physicians, and health management offices. The program supports mental well-being from the physical side. Stress, fatigue, sleep quality, and lack of exercise can easily affect workplace condition. However, mental health measures often focus on consultation desks and training, while daily self-care and physical activity are harder to implement. This program combines exercise, breathing, conditioning, and health education to complement preventive and health-promotion initiatives led by public health nurses and occupational physicians. Based on a standard template, the program is adjusted to each organization’s situation. It is not a medical service, but is provided as support for prevention, health promotion, and self-care. The program includes health education, body-based self-care measures, online and in-person implementation design, organization-level trend monitoring using BODY PALETTE, and reporting on activities, participation, survey results, and improvement points. Health education topics include the basics of stress and physical responses, how to recognize persistent fatigue, the relationship between sleep and daytime performance, self-care through breathing, posture, and light exercise, when to seek consultation, and criteria for connecting employees with public health nurses, occupational physicians, or internal support desks. Self-care measures include short conditioning sessions before or after work, mini breathing sessions, light exercises for stiff shoulders and neck, lower back pain, and fatigue, self-care around sleep, and measures to address reduced physical activity during remote work. The benefits include making mental health measures easier to implement as preventive initiatives, complementing the work of public health nurses and occupational physicians, enabling ongoing operation instead
