Faith Network Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Jiro Hachiya, hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce the completion of the urban complex 'THE GRANDUO FUTAKOTAMAGAWA SEED' (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) on June 25, 2026 (Thu). [Exterior View of 'THE GRANDUO FUTAKOTAMAGAWA SEED'] Located a 5-minute walk from Futako-Tamagawa Station, beyond the commercial area in front of the station, and nestled alongside the natural beauty of the Maruko River, this tenant building was planned under the concept of "returning nature to the city through architecture," supervised by SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE, led by Ai Yoshida and Makoto Tanijiri. Reflecting the characteristics of the site adjacent to the Maruko River, the exterior emphasizes a connection with nature, employing a Ritamate finish that highlights the granular texture of exposed aggregate concrete. Furthermore, the integration of approximately 45 types of plantings, themed around tropical regions with species like King Protea and Brachyscome, into the stacked sections creates a dynamic green landscape. Additionally, the adoption of "Aqua Soil," a special soil with high water retention capacity developed by Ikegami Co., Ltd., efficiently retains rainwater and contributes to mitigating the urban heat island effect. The interior maximizes natural light through openings created by the largest possible dimensions of columns and beams. Terraces and balconies are incorporated to allow the gentle sound of the Maruko River to be heard, and plantings are arranged primarily on the southeast side facing the street, enabling a sense of nature to be felt from various directions. The basement level, with its higher ceiling than the other floors, features a void and skylights, creating a bright space illuminated by natural light. This project was developed with a continuous concept from 'AXION Futakotamagawa (THE GRANDUO FUTAKOTAMAGAWA SOIL),' which was completed in March 2026. SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE, known for its
