June 30, 2026 EO Beyond Japan EO Beyond Japan (Entrepreneurs' Organization Beyond Japan) is pleased to announce the transition of the chairmanship from its founding chairman, Minako Suematsu, to Takashi Takahashi. Concurrently, a mid-term vision has been established to guide the organization's activities over the next three years, coinciding with the launch of the new leadership. Since its establishment in 2025, EO Beyond Japan has operated as a community for entrepreneurs and business leaders from diverse backgrounds, guided by the philosophy of "Creating a future where everyone in Japanese society can challenge themselves and thrive as their true selves." Under the leadership of founding chairman Minako Suematsu, the organization has fostered a space for learning and exchange that transcends differences in gender, age, nationality, and industry. Based on EO's core values of Trust & Respect, it has promoted the growth and mutual support of each member. Takashi Takahashi, the incoming second chairman, will inherit the culture built during the founding period and lead the community's development into its next growth phase as a "practical model for diverse leadership in Japanese society." I am honored to receive the baton from the former chairman, who is also a founder of this chapter, becoming the second chairman for EO Beyond Japan. As an experimental chapter, EO Beyond Japan, which has achieved gender balance, does not limit eligibility to founders, and is composed of entrepreneurial business leaders gathered from all over Japan, has moved beyond the trial-and-error of its initial phase.
