AI Data Center Business Enters Next Phase Following the acquisition of AI Tech Tomakomai Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary and the land acquisition on May 29, 2026, and the signing of the construction contract for the 66kV extra-high voltage substation on June 19, 2026, today's commencement of construction marks the transition of the Tomakomai AI data center business from the conceptual and preparation stages to the full-scale infrastructure construction phase. This project involves developing the core power infrastructure with a future receiving capacity of 50MW for the AI data center and is a central project within our group's "GX x AI Infrastructure" strategy.
