■Background and Purpose of Establishment We have established CustIntCo Japan Co., Ltd. as a consolidated subsidiary of Accrete (shareholding ratio: CustIntCo Japan 51%, CC Corp. 49%) to strategically provide and jointly develop the "Genie AI Engine" series in Japan and to jointly implement high-value-added solution deployments. The series possesses multifaceted AI technology that reads changes in emotion, mental state, and vital signs from human voice data and facial images, and instantly analyzes that data. Furthermore, we plan to integrate "ANOTHER AI," which Accrete has been selling through OEM provision from CC Corp., into our company going forward. Utilizing the "Genie AI Engine" as our core technology, we will primarily offer the following four solutions: ■Solutions to be Launched "NAGI" utilizing InsightGenie A product for measuring health and fatigue levels based on autonomic nervous system activity.
