(President: Yasuyuki Mizuno; hereinafter referred to as "SP"), today announced that they have entered into a new Partnership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "New Partnership Agreement") with Sankyu Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kimiharu Nakamura; hereinafter referred to as "Sankyu") effective June 30, 2026, with the aim of optimizing Sankyu's logistics assets. CRE and SP first entered into an agreement with Sankyu on March 1, 2021, for the purpose of optimizing Sankyu's logistics assets. As strategic partners, we have continued to cooperate in optimizing Sankyu's logistics business portfolio through the effective utilization of its domestic and international logistics facilities and the reorganization of its bases. In response to Sankyu's establishment of a real estate management company (subsidiary) on July 1, 2026 (scheduled), with the aim of improving the profitability of its warehouse business and streamlining its logistics assets, we have entered into the New Partnership Agreement effective June 30, 2026. We will further deepen our cooperation by supporting the optimization of the logistics business portfolio of Sankyu and its subsidiary, and by assisting in the establishment of a property management division within the subsidiary.
