COLORS Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Seiya Hamada), which operates "COLORS CAFE" proposing pairings of specialty coffee and food, will hold a "Coffee x Lasagna x Koji Milk" food pairing experience event on July 10 (Fri.) and 11 (Sat.), 2026, for two days at UCC Coffee Academy (Tokyo), in collaboration with UCC Coffee Academy and Marukome Co., Ltd. Lasagna using rare Hokkaido-produced Mangalitsa pork and "LASAGNA BLEND," "the world's best match for lasagna." Event Overview and Purpose While pairings with cuisine are established in the worlds of wine and sake, pairing coffee to enjoy with food is still developing. COLORS CAFE has been proposing pioneering pairings of "lasagna," an Italian specialty, and "specialty coffee" since its opening. This time, Marukome, a leading manufacturer driving Japan's fermented food culture, will prepare limited edition lasagna and desserts using "KOJI BARISTA EDITION," a koji milk developed to deeply complement specialty coffee. The dishes will be prepared by Daisuke Ichikawa (Owner Chef of LITA, Kita-Sando), who oversees food for COLORS CAFE. Furthermore, Mr. Katsuro Doi of UCC Coffee Academy, a leader in Japan's coffee culture (2014 Japan Hand Drip Champion, 3-time consecutive Japan Finalist in the Japan Coffee In Good Spirits Championship), will select and serve coffee that harmonizes with these food menus. Additionally, on July 10 (Fri.), special guest Mr. Shinsaku Miyama, representative of "BARISTA MAP Coffee Roasters" (2016 Latte Art World Champion, first Japanese to win Australian Championship in 2018), will propose pairings of "Lasagna Blend," an original blend developed with the concept of "designing coffee to match food," and the cuisine. On July 11 (Sat.), Mr. Ryuya Kinjo of "One by one coffee" (Japan Coffee In Good Spirits Championship Finalist) will be invited to provide special coffee tailored to the menu, proposing a new food culture to enjoy with meals, not just as a post-meal drink
