The program is open to women residing in or working in Asahikawa City (no age limit) and is free of charge. Through a total of 8 seminars, participants will learn fundamental to practical skills in SNS management, Canva, generative AI, short video editing, and crowdsourcing. Fiscal Year 2025 "Women's Work Style Skill-Up Seminar" ■ Background: Towards an Era Where Women are Chosen for Who They Are, Not Just What AI Can Do The rapid spread of generative AI has ushered in an era where many tasks such as image creation, text generation, and video editing can be replaced by AI. With the rise of micro-corporations and the AI-driven automation of tasks, simply being able to use tools is no longer enough to differentiate oneself. Meanwhile, Asahikawa City has many women who have given up on remote work due to time constraints related to housework, childcare, or nursing care, or who struggle to secure a stable income due to life events such as separation. This project aims to empower these women by equipping them with digital skills and teaching them "business fundamentals" simultaneously, enabling them to work long-term and in a way that suits their individual lives. ◼︎ Seminar Overview Item Details Organizer Asahikawa City Children, Women, and Youth Future Department, Women and Youth Support Division Operator Iroenpitsu Co., Ltd.
