(New Taipei, 17th, CNA reporter Hsieh Ching-wen) The CPBL's TSG Hawks relied on a 3-run homer from Kuo Fu-Lin to defeat the Fubon Guardians 6-5 today, snapping the Guardians' recent 5-game winning streak. However, after Hawks closer Lin Shih-Hsiang allowed a run in the 9th, manager Hung I-chung bluntly stated he was "pitching too complicatedly." The Hawks, playing away at Hsinchuang Baseball Stadium, faced the Guardians. In the top of the 1st, the Hawks scored a run after a walk by Chen Wen-Chieh, followed by consecutive hits from Tseng Tzu-Yu and Wu Nien-Ting, and a groundout. In the bottom of the 1st, the Guardians tied the game with a hit from Chang Yu-Cheng, and then took the lead with a 2-RBI hit from Wang Yi-Cheng. The Hawks mounted a comeback in the top of the 3rd. Chen Wen-Chieh led off with a single, and with two outs, Steven Moya hit an RBI double. After Wang Po-Jung drew a walk, Kuo Fu-Lin launched a 3-run homer to retake the lead, his first of the season. The Guardians chipped away in the bottom of the 6th, loading the bases on a single by Wang Nien-Hao, a double by Shen Hao-Wei, and an intentional walk to Fan Kuo-Chen, before Tung Yu-Cheng drew a walk to force in a run. The Hawks added an insurance run in the top of the 9th. Tseng Yu-Ching drew a walk, advanced to second on a pickoff error, and was driven in by a timely single from Chi Ching-Jan for their 6th run. In the bottom of the 9th, the Hawks brought in closer Lin Shih-Hsiang, who ran into trouble, giving up three hits and allowing a run on a single by Wang Yi-Cheng, but he managed to stop the bleeding and secure the win. Hawks pitcher Chen Cheng-Yi, in his first career CPBL start, threw 69 pitches over 2.1 innings, allowing 2 hits, striking out 3, but issuing 5 walks and giving up 3 runs (2 earned), taking a no-decision. The win went to reliever Wei Hung-Liang, who pitched 1.2 scoreless innings. Lin Shih-Hsiang earned the save despite allowing a run in his inning of work. Hawks manager Hung I-ch
