He testified that despite the meeting between US and Chinese leaders, the PLA continues its military threats and gray-zone harassment around the Taiwan Strait, making China the sole risk to regional peace and stability. He highlighted Taiwan's $250 billion investment commitment in the US and expected stronger collaboration in high-tech supply chains. He also expressed gratitude to the US government for condemning China's disruptions of international aviation safety.
