Taiwan Railway Corporation and Bank of Taiwan have launched a promotion to encourage digital payments. Starting May 18 through August 17, customers using Taiwan Pay for bento boxes priced at NT$120 or above will receive a 20% discount. The offer applies to direct railway outlets and trains, with a total budget capped at NT$550,000.
