Taiwan's Legislative Yuan has agreed to hold a special report session on May 19, inviting the Premier to discuss the special budget for enhancing asymmetric warfare capabilities. The proposal includes funding for the HIMARS system, with an initial payment of NT$800 million due by May 31. The budget, split into two phases with caps of NT$300 billion and NT$480 billion, is expected to be formally submitted and assigned to committee for review on May 20.
