An employee at an escape room in Taipei's Xinyi District passed away after accidentally becoming trapped in a prop rope while playing a ghost role. The 25-year-old woman was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries. Prosecutors have investigated the company's owner and the facility manager on charges of professional negligence resulting in death, releasing them on bail of NT$300,000 and NT$100,000 respectively.
