A passenger car crashed into the barrier at the Huaxiu Road level crossing between Changhua and Huatan early this morning, causing the Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA) to temporarily operate on a single track (West Main Line) in both directions. The vehicle was removed by 7:04 AM, and normal dual-track operations resumed. The incident affected 8 trains with a total delay of 126 minutes.
