Bloomberg News reported that the temporary anti-dumping duty rates will range from 3.6% to 42.1%. According to data from the Japanese Ministry of Finance, nickel-based alloy cold-rolled stainless steel plates are widely used in various products such as train cars, in addition to daily necessities like spoons and forks. Investigation results show that these imported goods are sold in Japan at prices 20% to 40% cheaper than their prices in China and Taiwan. According to the Japan Iron and Steel Federation (JISF) data, steel products from China account for approximately 20% of Japan's total imports, while those from Taiwan account for 17%.
