The Taichung City Department of Health and Food Safety announced today the downstream flow of oil products from Fwusow Industry and Formosa Oils & Fats, including 224 businesses such as star-rated hotels, chain coffee shops, and well-known food manufacturers. A total of 5,747 kilograms were recalled. Regent Taipei issued a statement regarding the recent oil inspection anomaly that has drawn public attention. They completed a full inventory of oil products within the hotel immediately. The affected batches of oil involved in this incident were only used in the staff cafeteria.
