This marks the second consecutive increase and a rise from the second quarter's NT$1.00 payout, reaching a new high since the fund switched to quarterly distributions in 2023. Based on 0056's closing price of NT$52.75 today, the annualized yield is 10.2%. Yuanta Securities Investment Trust stated that 0056 will go ex-dividend on July 21. Investors wishing to participate in the distribution must purchase and hold the ETF by July 20 at the latest. The distribution payment date is tentatively set for August 10. Today's dividend announcement is an estimate; the final dividend amount will be confirmed in the second announcement on July 17. According to Taiwan Stock Exchange data, 0056 currently has an asset size of approximately NT$718.4 billion, making it the second-largest Taiwanese stock ETF by size, trailing only Yuanta Taiwan 50 (0050), and it remains the leader in size among Taiwanese high-dividend ETFs. Additionally, 0056 has approximately 1.5732 million beneficiaries, ranking third, behind 0050 and Cathay Sustainable High Dividend (00878).
