Based on average salary rankings, the top 10 are primarily in the semiconductor and high-tech industries. Among them, eMemory, the "stock king," ranked first with an average salary of NT$5.617 million, followed by game stock king I-Play with NT$3.877 million. According to the statistics, the top 10 are eMemory at NT$5.617 million, I-Play at NT$3.877 million, Etron Technology at NT$3.173 million, PixArt Imaging at NT$3.044 million, Newland Engineering at NT$3.018 million, Phison Electronics at NT$2.862 million, Leadtrend Technology at NT$2.634 million, GigaDevice Semiconductor at NT$2.406 million, ALi Corp. at NT$2.351 million, and e-System at NT$2.29 million. Observing the industry distribution of the top 10, the semiconductor industry accounts for the most with 7 companies, including eMemory, Etron Technology, PixArt Imaging, Phison Electronics, Leadtrend Technology, GigaDevice Semiconductor, and ALi Corp. The remaining are I-Play from the cultural and creative industry, Newland Engineering from the building materials and construction industry, and e-System from the telecommunications and network industry. Among them, eMemory's earnings per share (EPS) in 2025 reached NT$103.92, also ranking highest among the top 10. Overall, high-paying companies this year are highly concentrated in the semiconductor IC design and high value-added technology industries.
