Today, the market rebounded, reaching a high of 45521.63 points before its gains narrowed, closing at 44999.9 points. The monthly line, around 45355 points, was gained and then lost again. The weighted index closed at 44999.9 points, up 428.14 points, a gain of 0.96%. The transaction value decreased to NT$997.514 billion, falling short of NT$1 trillion. Blue-chip stocks included TSMC, which closed at NT$2370, up NT$30; Delta Electronics, which closed at NT$1905, up NT$95; and Hon Hai, which closed at NT$246.5, down NT$2.
