Toyonaka City has launched a call for proposals to utilize its cultural heritage facilities. The aim is to enhance opportunities for citizens to experience the charm of cultural properties and to create avenues for participation in planning. For selected proposals, the city will support their implementation by securing venues and handling public relations. By implementing diverse projects based on free ideas through collaboration and cooperation between citizen groups and the city, we aim to leverage cultural properties as places to "use, gather, and connect," promoting new applications as accessible and open local resources. Overview of "Cultural Properties Are Meant to Be Used" 1. Overview Proposals utilizing cultural heritage facilities will be solicited from citizen groups (including individuals and businesses). For selected proposals, the city will collaborate and cooperate in their implementation by securing venues and handling public relations. 2. Implementation Period From September 1, 2026 (Tue) onwards, on dates when the relevant venue is available and deemed feasible for implementation in consultation with the city. 3. Proposals Sought Lectures, talks, social gatherings, concerts, solo exhibitions, workshops, and other events that do not detract from the value of the cultural properties. 4.
