(Head Office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Hiroya Mori). It can provide tourist information through digital signage terminals using voice response, text, and maps. Supports multiple languages including Japanese (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean). If the AI cannot handle the request, tourism association staff can provide guidance via video call using the remote customer service function.
